Key Responsibilities:

• Respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries about insurance policies, claims, billing, and more
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Provide clear, friendly, and accurate information to assist customers
• Offer personalized guidance to help clients understand their insurance options
• Collaborate with your team to support agency goals and ensure customer satisfaction

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to understand and anticipate customer needs
• Proactive problem-solving approach
• Interest in learning about and promoting insurance products
• Team player with effective multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Must have or be willing to obtain Property & Casualty license
• Must have or be willing to obtain Life and Health license
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• This is an in-person position at our office located at 9662 Queens Blvd, Rego Park, NY 11374
