What You'll Do

As a Packager / Picker-Packer, you'll play an important role in ensuring customer orders are accurately prepared and shipped on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Utilize RF scanners and inventory systems to track products and verify orders.
• Label, wrap, and palletize shipments for transportation.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory-related tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
• Meet productivity and quality standards while working efficiently.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of warehouse, distribution, picking, packing, or fulfillment experience.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 35 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using RF scanners or barcode scanning equipment.
• Shipping and receiving experience.
• Familiarity with warehouse inventory systems.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hudson, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.84/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
