Medical Device Assembler

The Medical Device Assembler will assemble, inspect, and document medical device components while maintaining precision and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Has previous manufacturing, assembly, or medical device experience (preferred)
• Is comfortable working with small components, hand tools, and microscopes
• Demonstrates strong hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and attention to detail
• Can read, understand, and follow written work instructions and standard operating procedures
• Can perform visual inspections and identify defects or quality issues
• Can maintain accurate production records and follow established safety and quality procedures

What You'll Do:

• Assemble small medical device components according to detailed work instructions.
• Inspect components and finished products for defects and quality issues.
• Use hand tools, microscopes, and other assembly equipment as needed.
• Follow standard operating procedures and maintain consistent product quality.
• Record production activities and inspection results accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow applicable cleanroom procedures and wear required protective equipment.
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
