\n-Establish executive KPI dashboards and performance reporting
\n-Lead manufacturing capacity planning initiatives
\n-Develop supplier partnership strategies and performance management programs
\n-Expand global sourcing opportunities while mitigating supply chain risk
\n-Lead risk management and business continuity planning
\n-Support capital planning and manufacturing expansion initiatives
\n-Provide acquisition integration support for future business growth
\n-Lead ERP implementation and continuous system improvement initiatives
\n-Champion Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement across the supply chain
\n-Build scalable processes supporting long-term organizational growth
\n-Build, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing Materials organization
\n-Create succession plans and develop future leaders
\n-Foster accountability through measurable performance metrics
\n-Lead cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Quality
\n-Present strategic recommendations and executive business cases to senior leadership
\n-Influence organizational decisions through strong communication and analytical skills
\n \nQualifications:
\n-Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering or related field, or relevant experience
\n-7+ years of Materials Management or Supply Chain experience within a manufacturing environment
\n-Experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably contract manufacturing, with the ability to understand and manage material requirements in a highly customized operation
\n-2+ years of leadership experience with responsibility for leading, mentoring and developing team members
\n-Strong experience with inventory management and inventory control, including maintaining inventory accuracy and optimizing on-hand inventory levels
\n-Strong experience with purchasing and supplier management, including negotiating pricing, rates and terms with suppliers
\n-Experience developing and executing materials, purchasing or supply chain strategies with team members
\n-Experience with ERP/MRP systems for inventory management, purchasing and material planning, preferably Vantage or Epicor
