Bluffton, OH, US, Bluffton Bluffton, OH Roles & Responsibilities Prepares and maintains job descriptions for each position in the organization and ensures the descriptions accurately reflect the work being performed by incumbents Design and implement compensation plans that align with company objectives for recruitment and retention Benchmarks jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for each position Conduct research and analysis on market competitiveness, pay equity, and compensation trends Ensure compliance with federal and state laws regarding compensation Prepare reports summarizing compensation data and analysis trends Work closely with HR and finance teams to create budgets for compensation programs and advise management on pay decisions Gather data from various sources related to employee benefits including health, dental, vision, life, and retirement programs and analyze the collected data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in employee benefit programs Performs other related duties as assigned.
