Bluebird Wellness Center is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in our skilled nursing facility.

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
Help residents with mobility, positioning, and use of adaptive equipment
Ensure residents are clean, dry, and comfortable at all times
Change bed linens and maintain clean, wrinkle-free bedding
Make occupied and unoccupied beds
Respond promptly to resident needs and requests
Explain care procedures to residents before assisting
Participate in shift report and communicate with nursing staff
Observe and report changes in resident condition to licensed nurses
Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure quality outcomes
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Missouri (active and in good standing)
CPR/BLS Certification
Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff
Ability to read and write in English
Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
No experience required – we will train the right candidate
