Sales AssociateOur award winning Sales department is looking for Sales Associates to join our team. No prior Automotive or Sales experience required, but is a plus! We believe that work should be a stress free environment and a happy place.What We Offer:Health, dental, vision and more401k retirementPaid Vacation and HolidaysVoluntary Disability insuranceEmployee discountsResponsibilities:Greet and guide customer as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales processAssist the customers to find a vehicle that meets their needs by using the current inventory informationEnhance the sales process by demonstrating the vehicles features on the lotAssist customers in the completion of their sales applicationsAssist management to increase sales by inspecting the lot’s vehicles daily, reporting any problems to managementAssist with sourcing, auctions and trade for our used vehicle inventoryAssist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize salesProvide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing dealsDirect report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.Qualifications:Previous automotive sales experience is a PLUS but absolutely NOT requiredMust have a clean & valid driver’s licenseMust be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employmentEnthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workdayOutgoing and friendly, especially while handling objectionsQuality customer service skills and sales track recordStrong interpersonal and communications, in-person and over the phonePersuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales processProficient in basic business math including percentagesCapable of learning and using Microsoft Office, accounting software, and proprietary sales programsA personal laptop or tablet is highly recommendedPersistent, competitive and good work ethicFocuses on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personal salesParks Ford & Hyundai Gainesville is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
